I wanted to restart baking, but week nights are always a rush and weekends are equally hectic, if not more! A few weeks ago, I decided to make use the time between the end of the work week and the start of the weekend. Friday Night baking!

The sugar overload lasted for a few weeks before breaking for Chinese New Year. Post holidays, my second attempt at the Guinness Chocolate Lava cake.
