The much-derided Google+ is shutting down in April 2019. This is after some security vulnerabilities were found.
If you have a Google+ profile, it might be a good idea to export your Contacts, Circles and Pluses. You can do this via Google Takeout. link Before actually doing the export, do some housekeeping first. I discovered I have several contacts that never posted anything or gone dormant for years.
