Getting updates

Getting updates, I just learned the finer points of this, the sharp way. An important skill not covered well enough in Project Management classes or certification.

You should be asking some of these questions:

1. What was done?
2. What is next?
3. By when?
4. Who are we waiting for?
5. What is the target date of completion?
6. What is the impact if it is missed?

When something breaks

1. If it was a bug, see above
2. If it was a configuration error, it was working, why not now?
