Getting old sucks. The first to go is metabolic rate. The lunch instantly goes to the waist.
Next is eyesight. You can’t see the small objects well anymore.
Third, is overall fitness. You are just not that strong or fast anymore. I need to train more to complete 19K. In the past, I could just complete that at a drop of a hat. Fourth, is more extensive dental work. Gums recede with age and food gets stuck easily.
The fifth is flexibility. The joints ain’t that flexible anymore.
