New domain name after SGNIC nixed the per.sg domain
SGNIC created the per.sg domain to foster the use of personal internet websites. That never really took off and they have decided to discontinue it. Discontinue something that is essentially free that is currently in use. I wonder how did they justify this.
I registered alfredivy.sg with Cloudflare and redo all my web service registration. Changing the domain name on WordPress seems to be more complicated than anticipated.
After a few days to and fro, I finally got the login page to be up. Now to fix some more stuff. I am getting broken links in some places. Updated them.
All the media files are not loading because the SQL database is still using the old domain name in the tables. I was reading up on scripts when somebody mentioned use the Better Search and Replace plugin. That fixed the media.
