I ask for an update and the resource starts explaining. The first thing I did is to corroborate the time spent on my projects with other PMs. The next thing was how to differentiate between work and bullshit. Worse if you are not familiar with the field.

I liked to be more hands-on. Together with the team to solve or deploy. Now with a growing list of things, I am switching towards servant leadership. It doesn’t help the team drop things and the customer is pissed off.
