Working in a nearly post-COVID-19 world means working in the office.
If they want everyone back in the office all the time, I don’t care what they say about hot desking. I have staked a cubicle and loaded it with my essential stuff. External monitor, my cup and lots of instant coffee.
I just need to remove the ex-occupant’s stuff.
My work-from-home rig is still in use. Just need to housekeep the desk more.
