I passed my PMP exam after an embarrassingly long time of studying. It was an on-and-off affair. More off than on.
I was using the office’s SkillSoft videos to cover the base material. Later on, I discovered there are courses on Udemy and signed up for Joseph Phillips. During the weekends, watching the videos at 1.5 speed and writing my notes down on paper is a slow process to cover base material.
Once that was done, I signed up with PMI as a member and registered for the exam. At the same time sign on for PMI’s Study Hall to go through the mock exams. This is a 3-month subscription and is expensive. There are limited seats, so the closest date was a month away.
I spend the month doing and redoing the tests till I get near 70%.
